Eon Research ", "we", "us" or "our") whether through our website https://eons.gr, by purchase order, phone order or otherwise. You agree to these terms and conditions of sale by placing your order. No other terms or conditions contained in any quotation, order, confirmation or other document submitted by you shall be incorporated into these terms and conditions or otherwise be binding on
Eon Research. We may periodically add to, modify or otherwise update these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. Your use of the site and/or purchase of any product constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
ORDERS.

By adding desired products to your shopping cart and providing all required information during the checkout process, you have placed an order with us and are bound by such order, subject to availability of the products ordered. We will confirm receipt of your online order by sending you an email.
PAYMENT.

All orders must be paid in full (purchase price and delivery charges) at the time you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be scheduled for production until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time at our sole discretion. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on the site are available for purchase, there may be times when we are unable to manufacture a product you have ordered. In such an event, we will refund the applicable purchase price to you.

We try to be as accurate as possible in describing and pricing the products available. However, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information or other content available on the site, including but not limited to prices, product images, specifications and availability. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Despite our best efforts to ensure that the prices stated on this website and in other sales and marketing material (including brochures, catalogues and other digital and printed material) are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to amend or update information to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions before scheduling your order for production or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The colors of our products may vary slightly from order to order. These variations are considered normal and within industry standards. If orders are placed at different times, we cannot guarantee that the color will match, as each product is handmade and finished specifically for each order. In the case of real wood parts or laminates, there may be variations in grain, pattern and color.

Product prices include all applicable taxes relating to your purchase. Any claim for exemption from any tax or duty must be accompanied by evidence of entitlement to such exemption.

All of our products are made to order and there are no refunds, credits, returns or cancellations except with our prior written consent.
SHIPPING.

Product prices include shipping. Orders are shipped by registered mail. International orders are subject to customs duties and local tariffs. Estimated transit times for shipments are 7-14 business days from the date the order is shipped from our facilities. Specific delivery dates and/or times cannot be guaranteed for any product or order due to the nature of local Post Offices. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed or damaged shipments by carriers.

It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any possible damage. We are not responsible for products damaged in transit. Upon delivery of the customer's order, the customer has 5 days to notify us of any damage. If the customer does not notify us within this time frame, any future claims for the products in question will be void. Products returned for reasons other than damage without an RMA number from us will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

All our products are made to order and cannot be returned without our written authorization. We carefully inspect and test every product we manufacture prior to packing and dispatch. Our 100% quality control policy makes sure that customers receive fully functioning products. Any return or exchange request must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product. If you need to return a product because it was damaged in transit, please see the Shipping section above.
RETURNING PRODUCTS.

If you need to return a product, please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which we may grant or refuse at our discretion. Once issued, the RMA (Return Material Authorization) is valid for 10 days from the date of issue. This means that the product must be returned to our facility on or before the 10th day after issuance, otherwise the RMA will be considered expired and the return will not be accepted. Products returned without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be issued. The customer will be responsible for all charges and shipping costs incurred in returning the package to the manufacturer. All products must be returned in their original protective packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must have it professionally packed. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to return the product to us. If the product is returned due to an error on our part, we will make arrangements to collect it and cover the cost of the return. Products must be returned to the address we provide to the customer when the RMA is approved. All returned products must be received in a resalable condition. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. Upon confirmation of condition, a credit will be issued. Depending on the condition of the product upon receipt, a restocking fee may be charged and deducted from the total purchase price refunded to the buyer.

Eon Research warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of original shipment. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and any attempted transfer or assignment will void the Limited Warranty. Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear of the Products, use of the Products in excess of their specifications, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, damage due to abuse, breakage due to mishandling, alteration of the Product as manufactured, improper or unintended use of the Product, damage caused by harmful chemicals, excessive heat, intentional damage, damage caused by animals or insects, color changes due to normal weathering and sunlight, impact from falling or foreign objects, and natural causes such as fire, lightning, storm or flood.
Eon Research specifically disclaims responsibility for any damage to any product or property caused by or resulting from improper installation of the product or use not carried out in a good and proper manner in accordance with industry standards and all regulations and safety codes.

All disputes between
Eon Research and the customer/user shall be governed by the laws of the country of the manufacturer.
